We keep a person.
When you cast a persona, we shoot their reference photos once. Every photo and video after that is made from them — and scored against them before you ever see it.
Facial structure, eyes, nose, lips, skin tone, natural hair colour and age are scored 0–100. Outfit, pose, light and background are ignored.
Under the bar, the shot is re-taken with a specific fix — up to three takes. You only see the one that passes.
The same pass rejects extra fingers, closed eyes, garbled text, waxy skin and strangers in the frame.
Videos are filmed from checked stills, in her locked voice; recasts are checked frame by frame and re-filmed if the face drifts.
